Service Description. This Site describes Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, House Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning, Office Cleaning provided by Sargueta Cleaning Homes. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Sargueta Cleaning Homes or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. Sargueta Cleaning Homes may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Sargueta Cleaning Homes does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sargueta Cleaning Homes's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Sargueta Cleaning Homes in the 12 months preceding the claim.
